This is a family owned business. We are dedicated to making the “old school house” charming yet modern. Our son participated in the Dreams Park Tournament 3 years ago. We fell in love with Cooperstown and wanted to have a place of our own to stay in each time we visit. We support local businesses only. We hope that you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Built as a schoolhouse in the 1800’s, apartment 3 has a living room with a dining table and high ceilings. The apartment sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. It has 2 double beds and a sofa bed in one large room, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has a 32-inch flat screen HDTV, air conditioning, a full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove and a microwave oven. Linens, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and pots and pans are provided. An outdoor grill and picnic area are located in the rear of the property. Each unit also has its own water heater.

Apartment 2 sleeps 4-5 people. It has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a washer and drier, air conditioning, a full kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven and a coffee maker. Linens, dishes, utensils pots and pans are provided. An outdoor grill and picnic are located in the rear of the property. Each unit also has its own water heater.
