Policy

We strive to provide our guests with a quality stay in a unique home-like setting.  Everything is provided for your comfort for the duration of your stay.

We expect our guests to treat our home with respect and reasonably clean up after themselves.   A  $200.00 cleaning fee will be added should the place be left in disarray. The number of guests declared during registration must match the number of guests staying with us. A charge of $200.00 per guest will be charged in case of discrepancy.

Deposits:

Stays of less than four nights require a first night’s deposit plus tax.
Stays of four nights or more require a 50% deposit plus tax.

Cancellation Policy & Stay Requirements:

We require 30 days notice for any cancellation and a fee of $50.

Cancellations within 30 days result in loss of deposit.

A two-night minimum stay is required for a Saturday stay-over. Please be advised that priority booking is reserved for our guests staying for a week’s time during our busy summer months.

A three-night minimum stay is required for “Hall of Fame” weekend and holiday
weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.)

For the comfort of all our guests there are no pets allowed on the premises.
Smoking is prohibited inside any of our apartments.
